Last Day in Reno

Monday was my last full day in Reno.  I did not really do anything all day.  I confirmed my flight, blogged and watched some X Files. I also worked out and met Michael for lunch at Jimmy Johns.

After Michael got back from class, we got dressed and went to Campo for dinner.  Dinner was really good, but Michael left his credit card in the room so we had to leave his wedding ring as collateral.

After making good on our meal, we went to Starbucks for lattes.

Michael posed with Ellen.

These were taken in the lobby of our hotel.

The next morning I caught the 8:00 shuttle to the airport.  Once through security I paid a few dollars for 20 minutes in one of those chair massages.  I looked ridiculous, but it was well worth it.

Once on the flight to Las Vegas, I learned that the President was also in Las Vegas so all planes were grounded until he took off. I only had a 40 minute layover, so I was really nervous that I would miss my flight.  Once off the plane I hit the ground running through the Vegas airport.  I made my flight, but just barely. The flight from Vegas to Nashville was great.  I watched approximately 4 hours of HGTV.  Not exactly my favorite, but it made the flight more enjoyable.

I landed at 6:00 p.m. Gran, Finn and Sam were waiting for me at the pickup area.  The boys gave me wonderful "welcome home" hugs.  Before heading home we made a quick stop to Opry Mills for dinner in the food court.  I was welcomed home to a clean house and clean laundry!
