Kindergarten Reunion

So, these are Beech Buddies that Will misses so much.  Two weeks ago, I got a text message inviting Will to Gage's birthday party.  The other attendees were all in Will's Kingergarten class at Beech. The party started at Firehouse, moved to Crumbl Cookie, and ended at All Air Xtreme.

When we arrived at Firehouse, Collin hurried over to Will, wrapped his arms around him and said "Will! I miss you!" Will hugged him back and told him that he missed him too. It was so sweet.  I learned that all four boys are at different schools this year.  Needless to say, they were very excited to see one another, as each is pretty lonely without the others.

While Will was out partying, Finn, Sam and I went to Moss Wright Park to complete the boys weekend workout.  They were instructed to run 28 minutes - which they did.  Finn can run much faster than me and Sam.

I just want to take a minute to brag on Sam Begley.  He has worked so hard this summer and during the start of the Cross County season.  He can now run the full two miles without stopping.  He also ran the full 28 minutes on our Saturday IWO without stopping.  It is hard for him, but he is learning that he can do hard things.

As for the rest of the day, Michael and Will accompanied me to the Republican Women's Breakfast that morning. It was a rainy stormy day, so we spent a quiet night at home and made tacos.
