Coop's 2

Today we went to Cooper's Second Birthday Party. I put it in Capitals because it was quite the event. All the babies, including mine were in really good moods and they all played well together. I really expected Finn to cling to me all day, but he did play with the other children.

Here we have a picture of Finn and Carter with Caris looking on in the background. She was so cute.
This is Finn and Etta.

Cooper had a Mickey Mouse party. Mickey Mouse has become a big deal in our house so Finn was pretty excited.

Cooper and his Cool Whip cake. Look at that sweet smile.

Finn quickly found all the Thomas the Train gear and hoarded it all the rest of the day.

I quickly found a baby and hoarded her. This is Campbell, Kristin's new baby.

Pretty self explanatory.

Finn's favorite part of the day - cake!
Carter was pretty interested in the cake too.

As we all know all parties must have a group photo. This is one of ours. From left to right we have Carter, Conner, Cayden, Cooper, Owen and Finn. There were a ton of babies at the party with "c" names.
I love this picture of Finn. For some reason he got really excited during the photo shoot.

The finished product. Notice of all the babies in the picture only Finn and Cooper are without shirts on. Hmmm, wonder where we learned that from.

After the party died down a little bit Cooper opened his presents from the family. Dr. Cox and Cyndi got him this big stuffed Mickey.
This is a picture of Finn watching Cooper open Mickey.

Next the boys read their Mickey books. Nana gave Finn two Mickey books to open while Cooper opened his presents.
Near the end of the party we stuffed Finn in one of the gift bags.

The rest of the day was kind of a blur. We all took naps - mine accidentally lasted three hours. Finn was exhausted by 7:00 and begged us to put him in bed. He said "night night" all through his bath.

Finn's big day really tuckered him out. There was the party of course, but he also spent the night with Gran and Pa the night before. He had a great time playing with Joseph and stayed up until about 10:00. When we picked him up the next morning he found him outside on the lawn mower.
