Partay

This morning Finn and I and went to have breakfast with Regina and Micah. After pancakes and bacon Finn and Micah played upstairs while the Mamas chatted. Finn was interested in playing with Micah, but I think Micah scared him a little bit. You see, Micah is all boy and tackled Finn a couple of times. When Finn had had enough he would crawl up right next to me on the couch and let me rub his little head.

Next Finn and I went to the TennCare Christmas party. We love going to TennCare because everyone is so nice. Finn was very well behaved and friendly.

This is a picture of Finn clapping during dirty Santa. Finn thought dirty Santa was great! He was very interested in everyone's gifts and got really excited when a present was stolen. Actually, Finn loves to clap and when a present would get stolen everyone would laugh and holler causing Finn to start clapping.
Another reason TennCare is fun is because there is ample room to run around and get into lots of trouble.
On the way home Finn read his animal book. Finn really likes to read in the car. Now when we put him in the carseat he will yell "annie" which means animal.

Next I took Finn to the beauty school to get an impromptu haircut. It was a disaster. Finn shut the place down. All the students were so excited to have a toddler in the building. By the time Finn got in the chair there were at least six girls around all vying for Finn's attention. One girl gave him a candy cane which ended up all over everything. Finn was a complete mess; he had blue candy goo all over his face. Plus little hairs got stuck to everything - Finn, the candy cane - it was gross. Near the end of the haircut the school administrator had to remind the girls that there were other patrons in the building and asked that they return back to work. Oops.

At around 4:00 Gran and Pa came to pick up Finn to take him to visit the boys (Joseph, Turner and Walker) and have dinner. Michael and I went to a really fun Christmas party at Brandon and Carissa's.
